Inspired Acres Weddings

Inspired Acres offers fantastic inclusive packages available with our preferred vendors for catering and bartending.  If you’d prefer, you may hire outside caterers with proper license, insurance, and staffing on select dates and with approval from Inspire Equine. We also offer a vetted vendor list.

Inspired Acres can comfortably host 240 people in our covered open-air reception arena. 

The venue coordinator will be dedicated to the logistical aspects of our stunning venue, providing expert assistance in communication with clients, overseeing setup and breakdown, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering exceptional on-site support during events. Our dedicated team ensures that every aspect of your venue experience exceeds expectations, leaving you free to focus on celebrating your love.

For an even more seamless and stress-free wedding day, our Day-of Coordination services extend beyond venue-specific tasks to offer more comprehensive support and personalized assistance. From collaborating with you to design the perfect wedding floor-plan and detailed timeline to managing vendors, coordinating the ceremony and reception, problem-solving unforeseen issues, and serving as your main point of contact throughout the day, our experienced coordinator is dedicated to bringing your wedding vision to life with precision and care.

Yes! We actually include this in our Diamond Package. Inspired Acres allows you to bring any items that are biodegradable: such as fresh flower petals, bubbles, but also metal-rod sparklers. We recommend 36-inch wedding sparklers that you can purchase online – they last long enough for photos.  We cannot allow fireworks as this could spook the horses.

We know you want to include your furry friend in your ceremony!  All animals must be approved by management. If approved, your pet can stay for the duration of the reception as well.  He/she must be on a leash at all times while on the property, and under control so as not to scare any of the farm animals. We do require that all animals that enter onto the property first be approved by management, and a pet addendum must be signed before allowing your pet on the property.

Inspire Equine does not allow open flames, confetti, fireworks, or fog machines.  Any items used for send-offs/etc. must be biodegradable.
