Adaptive Recreation

 Join us for our weekly drop-in garden club and therapeutic horticulture program. Participants will take part in planting, maintaining, and enjoying our therapeutic garden, while engaging in hands-on activities designed to benefit their physical, mental and emotional health as they build community and connections with others. 

This program is offered at no cost. Advanced registration required. 

Practices Fridays from 2:00pm-3:00pm

  Our Adaptive Sports program offers inclusive, ability-friendly opportunities to learn and play various adaptive sports in a fun, supportive environment. Through teamwork, skill-building, and movement, participants enjoy the benefits of physical activity while building confidence and connection.
